Shipping & Return

DELIVERY & TIME PRODUCTION

1)   The Shipping/local courier charge will be imposed to buyer. The Shipping charger will send to buyer for confirmation before deliver.

2)   All items are handmade, lead time of production may vary depend on the quantity. Typically, your order will be delivered from our location

       7 to 10 working days for small order quantity, 3 to 4 weeks for bulk order, after we have received the order and payment has been authorized. When we finished the production earlier we will inform you.

3)   Once you ready to place your order, Payment could be paid in RM via Bank Transfer  to our account. We will inform you when your order

       is finished and ready to be delivered. We'll keep in touch until the order arrives safely.

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

 1)  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Amaze Creative Sdn Bhd.  However, if you would like to return an item,

      please be aware of the following  conditions:

       DAMAGE MERCHANDISE

 a)   Returnable/exchangeable merchandise must be returned to us in original (unworn) condition within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

 b)  If the damaged caused by Amaze Creative Sdn Bhd, we will refund the amount of damaged  as a new credit for your next order.

 c)   Claims for negligence with regards to quality of goods must be supported by photos and made within 2 weeks from received date

 d)  Delivery fees are not refundable.

 e)   It is the customer's expense to return merchandise to us, unless merchandise was defective or you received incorrect merchandise.

        If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, or if there is damage to the merchandise due to mishandling during shipping,

        please contact us  immediately.

 f)   Fees for re-delivery exchange items is the responsibility of the customer

 

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 

 1)  Due to our production schedule and the "made-to-order" nature of our handpainted products,

      order changes or cancellations must be made within 2 days following the original order date.

      Customer will be responsible for payment of orders as is, if no arrangements have been made for

      changes or cancellations within the 2 day time frame. Please contact us to make any changes

      to your order.
